Ghost of a Chance

Ghost of a Chance
A comedic play in two acts.
Hazzrell: Lovestruck necromancer
Annalese: Beautiful ghost
Tibor: Deformed lab assistant
Aisel: A curious maid

When a Necromancer (Hazzrell) falls in love with the disembodied spirit of a beautiful woman whose ghost inhabits his newly acquired castle, he dreams of bringing her back to life through necromantic powers. The ghost (Annalese) has the same feelings for the dark and mysterious Hazzrell. Annalese does not believe that Hazzrell’s schemes will work and looks to possess Aisel, the maid as a surprise. When Hazzrell discovers that he cannot bring her back to life, he commits suicide at the same time that Annalese permanently possesses Aisel, forever switching the roles of the two lovers, now locked in their conditions. (This ignores the fact that Annalese, possessing Aisel could commit suicide or Hazzrell could possess someone, himself . . . )
